The front said “we will send it right up” an hour later they knocked on the door with the jug. I called the front, explained my husband was in the shower and needed shampoo. Once we got to the new room, my husband got in the shower and learned the shampoo dispenser was broken. Broken shampoo container so staff brought a jug of shampoo (pic included) after multiple requests for individual shampoos until the container was fixed.
🤢 Highlights of the visit (so far): - Vomit in the room along the wooden sliding door to the bathroom, called front desk, house keeping manager came up and confirmed the vomit, they moved us to a new room, no upgrade offered, but a clean one. We knew coming this wasn’t a 5 star resort and we knew it was a more affordable option here in Vegas but we didn’t think we would find vomit in our room when we arrived.
This is a return visit for us to the LINQ because we had a great experience about 4 years ago.
We are currently staying at the LINQ and I feel so inclined to write my first Trip Advisor review.
